Art Center

One of the objectives of education is to inculcate in children, the appreciation of beauty and to help them develop a sense of aesthetics. A lot of emphasis is placed on the Fine as well as the Performing Arts. In junior school, compulsory exposure is given to art and craft, music and dance, dramatics etc.

In addition to painting, sketching and regular craftwork, students are exposed to a variety of media including clay modeling and papermaking. Emphasis is placed on making “the best from waste” by using old boxes, sheets, beads, plastic bottles, used fax and toilet paper rolls, etc.

Students will receive instruction in Fine Arts from Grade 1 to Grade 12. The fine arts department at H.R. Public School is structured to initiate students in a multitude of expressionist media including pencil, pastels, crayons, clay and plaster.

Modules are taught using a variety of teaching and learning methods, including lectures, seminars and workshops. Students are often expected to prepare material for presentations in seminars. In practical projects, students carry out practical art work which functions as a basis for research into Art, Craft and Design Education. Students are provided with study packs for independent study modules.

Class Rooms

Classrooms are spacious and specially designed with a child-centric attitude, where children have a reading corner, learning corner, and an experimenting corner to develop their curiosity. These are also well equipped to make them imaginative and resourceful.

Classrooms are distinctively designed for children of different age groups, keeping in mind their activities, priorities, likes and dislikes, to make learning an enjoyable experience.

Special Labs known as Academic rooms, are designed for the children to experience the real joy of the subjects as well as to develop a keen interest in them.

Health Care

In case of serious illness necessitating the moving of the child out of the Academy for prolonged hospitalization, parents will have to make their own arrangements and also withdraw the child temporarily from the Academy, if need be. Parents will be asked to take away their wards suffering from any contagious or communicable diseases for treatment outside the campus. transoceanic replica

Parents will be asked to take away their wards suffering from any contagious or communicable diseases for treatment outside the campus.

If children need special medical attention, and if a child has to be hospitalized for specialized treatment, the expenses for such hospitalization and medical attention shall be borne by the parents. In emergency cases, and as life saving measure, the Academy takes the responsibility for moving the child for specialized medical care without waiting for the consent of the parents. Parents will have to reimburse expenses on such medical emergencies.

While filling up forms for registration and admission, parents are required to disclose all previous known ailments and medications of their wards. All the previous medical history sheets and line of treatment are also to be submitted to the School at the time of admission of the child to the Academy.
